If Checkora isn't right for you, email support@checkora.xyz within 14 days of your purchase with your order email or order number, and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

How refunds work

• Refunds are issued by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, to your original payment method.
• It usually takes 5–10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank.
• When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but if something is wrong — for example, the app doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it — contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Duplicate purchases

Bought twice by mistake? We'll refund the extra purchase at any time.
